The firm was founded in 1989 by W. Robinson Deaton, Jr., who was joined by A. Susan Biggers in 1991.


Our service area encompasses primarily Cleveland, Lincoln, Rutherford, and Gaston counties in North Carolina. Our firm practices multiple areas of the law, with particular emphasis on Family Law, Deeds, Social Security Disability, Traffic Offenses, Wills and Estates.
